CARE
is an all volunteer organization
formed by concerned animal
lovers for the purpose of animal
rescue and providing
information regarding proper
pet-care.
The purpose
of CARE is to help
relieve suffering in the lives
of homeless and unwanted animals
through rescue and adoption and
the extension of human
education. The animals we
rescue are stray, injured, &
homeless in our community.
Under special circumstances,
CARE will accept surrendered
animals from the public. However, a surrender form will
have to be completed by the
party
All of our
adoptable animals have undergone
veterinary examination.
Since our main goal is to reduce
the number of homeless animals,
all dogs and cats (that are old
enough) are spayed or neutered
before being made available for
adoption.
CARE
is a limited admission
sanctuary. We DO NOT
euthanize healthy animals.
We make every effort to do
whatever it takes to bring our
animals to an adoptable state.
CARE
also provides a low-cost
spay/neuter program. Homeless
and/or feral cats and dogs are
given veterinary care, are
spayed/neutered and either
placed in a permanent, loving
home or returned to the
outdoors.
