Fostering

Foster homes provide a critical link between our acceptance of animals into CARE and getting them placed into adoptive homes.  Since we do not have enough facilities to house all animals in need, we are limited to the number of animals we can take in by the number of foster homes we have available.

Foster homes are expected to provide the animal with food, water, shelter and of course love and companionship.  All foster families must pass our rigid screening process.

All Volunteers Needed!

Our organization needs volunteers to:

• Help organize & participate in community events & at fundraisers

• Assist with mailings & answering questions on our phone line

• Reach out to community groups

• Screen potential adopters

• Transport cats/dogs to adoption events and to the veterinarian's office
